Universal Seal MS is built on modified silane polymer technology, combining the elasticity of a silicone with the adhesion and overpaintability of a polyurethane, without the drawbacks of either. It cures on contact with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, permanently flexible rubber.
Because it is primerless on most common substrates, including concrete, wood, metals, glass, ceramics and many plastics, it reduces preparation time on site and simplifies your customers’ workflow. The neutral, low-odour cure makes it suitable for occupied interiors as well as exposed façades.
Typical applications
Connection and expansion joints, façade and natural-stone sealing, sanitary areas, glazing, and elastic bonding in construction, marine and transport. Available in cartridge and foil, in your choice of colour and nozzle.
