Private label
What is private label?
With private label, we manufacture a product that you sell under your own brand name. We take care of the formulation, production, packaging and documentation, while you decide on the brand and its look. This allows you to build a complete range without your own factory.
How does private label work at TackPartner?
It starts with a conversation about your market, the products you need, packaging, quantities and branding. You test samples and receive a no-obligation proposal. After approval, we take care of the label design or check, the documentation and the UFI codes, and we produce, test and deliver your products on the agreed schedule.
Why choose TackPartner as your private-label partner?
Because you work directly with the manufacturer. We produce everything in-house in Europe, giving you short lines, consistent quality and flexibility. Private label is the core of our business: the vast majority of our turnover consists of private-label products and our organisation and production are fully set up for it.
What are the benefits of your own private label?
With your own brand you build brand awareness and customer loyalty, and you become less dependent on A-brands. You set your own pricing, and margins on private label are generally considerably higher than on A-brands. You also get a product tailored to your market, in packaging that matches your house style.
Which products are available in private label?
Our complete range of sealants and adhesives is available in private label: MS-polymer, polyurethane, silicone and acrylic sealants and adhesives, including specialities such as fire-resistant, high-temperature, windshield and teak deck products. Is private label possible in both cartridges and sausages?
Yes. Every product is available in cartridges and in foil sausages. Cartridges can be screen-printed or labelled, and you can choose your own cartridge and nozzle colours. Foil sausages are supplied with your product name printed on the packaging.
Can you develop a product especially for my market?
Yes. Our R&D laboratory develops new products and improves existing formulations based on specific applications and requirements. Tell us what the product needs to do and our specialists will think along with you.

Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label?
For cartridges with screen printing, the MOQ is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging. Looking for a lower quantity? Contact our sales team – we are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
Can I order smaller quantities?
Often, yes. We are happy to work with start-up and growing brands and look together at what is feasible. Contact our sales team to discuss the possibilities.
Can I combine different products in one order?
Yes, you can combine different products in one delivery, for example on a mixed pallet. This keeps your stock compact and saves on transport costs.
How do I request a quote?

Do you supply private individuals?
No. TackPartner supplies business customers only, such as distributors, wholesalers and companies with their own brand. Private individuals can buy our products through our partners and resellers.

Labels & packaging
Can you take care of my own packaging and label?
Yes. We can fully personalise both the product packaging and the box, with pre-printed packaging or labels. Cartridges can be screen-printed or labelled, you can choose your own cartridge and nozzle colours, and foil sausages are printed with your product name.
Can you help with the label design?
Yes. Our in-house marketing team supports you with the design of your label and packaging. We also check that all legally required information, such as hazard pictograms and the UFI code, is correctly shown on the label.
Can you provide UFI codes and documentation?
Yes. We provide the technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) for your private-label product under your brand name, and we take care of the UFI codes. This ensures your product complies with European legislation.
In which languages is documentation available?
Our technical data sheets and safety data sheets are standard and directly available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian and Danish, among others. Need another language? No problem, we will fix that for you.
How many colours can I choose from?
We offer more than 200 colour options. The standard colors are visible on the productpage. In many cases we can also adjust the viscosity or other properties of a product. Whether this is possible, and from which quantity, depends on the product.

Samples & quality
Can I receive samples first?
Yes. Existing and new partners and resellers can request samples to test a product thoroughly in their own application before placing a private-label order. Where needed, we adapt the formulation to the requirements of your market.
How do you guarantee consistent quality?
Every batch is checked during and after production on all key parameters, such as viscosity, skin formation, tensile strength, curing, adhesion and density. New products are also tested for UV resistance. This way we guarantee consistent quality in line with our technical data sheets.
Can you compare my current product with yours?
Yes. Tell us which product you currently use and we will find an equivalent or compare the technical properties for you. In our laboratory we can go deeper with a full chemical analysis, and where needed our R&D team adapts a formulation to your application.
What certifications and standards do your products meet?
This differs per product. Many of our sealants are classified according to ISO 11600 or EN 15651, and fire-resistant products are tested to additional standards. Each technical data sheet lists the standards and certificates that apply to that product.

Shipping & delivery
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We export to 61 countries. We arrange transport and logistics ourselves, and for destinations outside Europe we organise container transport. We have extensive experience with the transport of dangerous goods (ADR).
What are the lead times for private label?
The lead time depends on the product, the packaging and whether new printed packaging is required. A first order with new packaging material takes longer than a repeat order. Your contact person will give you a concrete schedule with your quote.
How are pallets packed?
We deliver on euro pallets or block pallets, securely wrapped and labelled. For sea freight, pallets can be crated so they are safely stowed in the container. We are happy to discuss your specific wishes for pallet build-up or labelling.
Can you store products for me?
Yes. In our own ADR warehouse we can safely store your products for you, including dangerous goods. You then call them off whenever you need them.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes, you can collect your order by appointment at our site in Klundert, the Netherlands. Let us know when ordering and we will agree on a collection time.

About TackPartner
Who is TackPartner?
TackPartner is the private-label division of Zettex Europe, a Dutch manufacturer of sealants and adhesives founded in 1998. We develop and produce MS-polymer, polyurethane, silicone and acrylic sealants and adhesives for brands, distributors and wholesalers that want to sell high-quality products under their own name. With more than 50 employees and two production sites, we export to 58 countries.
Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
We are a manufacturer. We develop, produce, test and pack our sealants and adhesives in-house, so we control quality, lead times and packaging from raw material to finished product. As a manufacturer, we supply exclusively to our private-label partners, distributors and resellers.
Where are your products produced?
Our sealants and adhesives are produced in our own factories in Klundert (the Netherlands) and Lichnowy (Poland). Our head office, distribution centre and R&D laboratory are located in Klundert. European production keeps the supply chain short and allows us to deliver quickly and flexibly.
How large is your production capacity?
We fill more than 100,000 packages per day. Our filling capacity in the Netherlands was doubled in 2024 and our Polish production site was expanded in 2025. This gives us the capacity to grow with your brand, from a first pallet to full truckloads.
Will I have one contact person?
Yes. Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person who knows your wishes and coordinates everything, from product selection and packaging to planning and delivery. You never have to repeat your story.
Will I speak to a real person?
Yes. At TackPartner you are helped by real people, not by a chatbot or AI assistant. We are a flat organisation with short lines, which means fast, direct communication with the right person – and we speak your language.
How sustainable is your production?
We produce with a zero-waste process and our factory runs partly on solar energy with battery storage. Our R&D team continuously works on formulations with fewer harmful substances, and we offer cardboard cartridges with 100% recycled nozzles and 76% lower CO₂ emissions than plastic cartridges.
Can I visit your production site?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our production sites in the Netherlands or Poland by appointment. You will see for yourself how we produce, test and pack your products. Contact your account manager or sales@zettex.com to schedule a visit.
