How does private label work for an MS-polymer EPDM adhesive and sealant?

As the manufacturer of this MS-polymer EPDM adhesive and sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for an MS-polymer EPDM adhesive and sealant in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this MS-polymer EPDM adhesive and sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

Does MS-50 EPDM Adhesive & Sealant need a primer on EPDM?

No. MS-50 EPDM Adhesive & Sealant adheres excellently without primer to all types of EPDM membranes, as well as to many common building substrates. We do always recommend an adhesion and compatibility test on the substrate concerned. Non-porous substrates can be cleaned and degreased beforehand.

Which applications is this MS-polymer EPDM adhesive and sealant suitable for?

This MS-polymer EPDM adhesive and sealant is used for overlap seams, connection details, repairs and bonding EPDM to suitable building substrates. Depending on the substrate, application and load, it can also be used for larger bonded areas. When used as an overlap sealer, press the materials firmly together and fix them temporarily if necessary until sufficient strength has built up.

How flexible is MS-50, and how quickly does it cure?

MS-50 has an elongation at break of 550%, a Shore A hardness of 30 and a tensile strength of 1.5 MPa, making it durable and permanently plasto-elastic. A skin forms in 20 minutes at 20 °C and 50% RH, curing to 3 mm after 24 hours and 8 mm after 7 days. It is virtually odourless, shrink- and bubble-free, and non-corrosive to metals.
