How does private label work for a polyurethane vehicle adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this polyurethane vehicle adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a polyurethane vehicle adhesive in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this polyurethane vehicle adhesive in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

Is PU 75 Vehicle Adhesive suitable for large glass surfaces?
Yes. PU 75 Vehicle Adhesive is a thixotropic, high-viscosity paste, so the bead keeps its shape and does not slump, giving high initial adhesion even with large glass panes. The glass does not sag after placement, which makes alignment easier. That makes it well suited to glazing buses, trucks, trains and industrial vehicles.
Can PU 75 be used on aluminium vehicles and glass with integral antennas?
This polyurethane vehicle adhesive is not electrically conductive, so integral antennas and heating wires keep working properly. Its non-conductive nature also prevents contact corrosion on aluminium vehicle parts. Glass and ceramic print should be pre-treated with a cleaner/activator followed by the matching primer, while undamaged vehicle paint usually needs no primer.
Can PU 75 Vehicle Adhesive be used for exposed joints?
Yes. Its high UV resistance and excellent colour stability make it suitable for exposed joints, including joints between side windows. It is resistant to water, UV and weathering, remains elastic from -40 °C to +100 °C and withstands short periods up to +120 °C. It is isocyanate-free and solvent-free, and virtually odourless.
