How does private label work for a winter-grade MS-polymer adhesive and sealant?
As the manufacturer of this winter-grade MS-polymer adhesive and sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a winter-grade MS-polymer adhesive and sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this winter-grade MS-polymer adhesive and sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

At what temperatures can MS-60 Winter be applied?
MS-60 Winter has an application temperature of -15 °C to +35 °C and cures at temperatures down to -15 °C. This winter-grade MS-polymer adhesive and sealant allows bonding and repairs in winter conditions or in cold rooms without heating them first, saving both energy and time. The substrate must be free of ice, snow, standing water and other contamination.
Can MS-60 Winter be used on damp substrates?
Yes, it can be applied to slightly damp substrates and adheres to many common building materials, including polyester, PU, stainless steel, wood and aluminium. For specific or porous substrates, our Z-05 primer can be used to improve adhesion. Apply in vertical beads 10 to 20 cm apart and support bonded materials for at least 24 hours.
Does MS-60 Winter offer the same performance as the standard MS-60?
MS-60 Winter carries the same EN 15651-1 F-EXT-INT-CC 25HM, EN 15651-4 PW-EXT-INT-CC 25HM and EN 15651-3 XS3 classifications, with a Shore A hardness of 65, 2.5 MPa tensile strength and 150% elongation at break. It forms a skin in about 15 minutes at 23 °C and is temperature resistant from -40 °C to +90 °C once cured. White is the standard colour, with other colours available on request.
