Our FR200 Fire Resistant Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, one-component, acetoxy-curing silicone developed for fire-resistant sealing of joints where maintaining fire resistance is essential. It provides fire resistance for up to 240 minutes while remaining highly elastic after curing.

Manufactured in our own production facility in the Netherlands, FR200 is available under your own private label. The fire-rated silicone sealant provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates and offers excellent resistance to UV exposure, weathering and ageing, making it suitable for professional fire-resistant sealing applications in building and construction.

How does private label work for a fire-resistant silicone sealant?

As the manufacturer of this fire-resistant silicone sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for a fire-resistant silicone sealant in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this fire-resistant silicone sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

How does FR200 Fire Resistant Silicone differ from FR100?

FR200 Fire Resistant Silicone is a one-component, acetoxy-curing fire-resistant silicone sealant, whereas FR100 is a water-based acrylic for interior use only. FR200 adheres well to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates and offers very good resistance to UV, weathering and ageing, with a cured temperature resistance of -50 °C to +180 °C. Unlike FR100, it cannot be painted over.

Which applications is FR200 Fire Resistant Silicone suitable for?

It is designed for fire-resistant sealing of joints, seams and connections in construction and glazing, including curtain walls, facade constructions, partition walls, prefabricated panels, ventilation and smoke ducts, cable and pipe penetrations, and glazing in fire-resistant walls. Fire resistance of up to 240 minutes can be achieved. The sealant is free of halogens, asbestos and solvents.

Does FR200 need a primer, and which substrates should be avoided?

FR200 offers excellent adhesion without primer to a wide range of building materials, although some plastics or porous substrates may require a primer. It does not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE, is not suitable for all types of natural stone because of possible edge-zone contamination, and may cause discolouration on bitumen, EPDM, neoprene, natural rubber or plasticiser-containing materials. We always recommend a compatibility test when in doubt.
