High Temperature Silicone HT300 Sealant from your private label producer
Our HT300 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, acetoxy-curing silicone developed for sealing applications exposed to elevated temperatures. It cures through exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable, permanently elastic and heat-resistant seal.
Manufactured in our own production facility in the Netherlands, HT300 is available under your own private label. The high-temperature silicone provides excellent resistance to temperatures up to +300°C, as well as good resistance to mineral oils, diluted acids, UV exposure and weathering, making it suitable for demanding automotive, heating, mechanical and industrial sealing applications.

How does private label work for a high-temperature silicone sealant?
As the manufacturer of this high-temperature silicone sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a high-temperature silicone sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this high-temperature silicone sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.
Looking for a lower MOQ? Contact our sales team to discuss the options. We are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
Which applications is HT300 High Temperature Silicon designed for?
HT300 High Temperature Silicon is an acetoxy-based high-temperature silicone sealant for joints, seams and connections that require high temperature resistance. Typical uses include heating installations, ovens and stoves (depending on direct flame exposure), ventilation and air ducts, engine and machine parts, industrial and automotive applications, and heat-exposed connections in metal, glass and ceramics. Once cured, it withstands temperatures from -50 °C to +300 °C.
Which substrates are not suitable for this acetoxy silicone?
It is not suitable for natural stone, as it can cause staining or edge discolouration, nor for mirrors, sensitive metals or corrosion-sensitive substrates, because the acetic acid released during curing can cause damage or corrosion. For those substrates a suitable neutral-curing silicone is recommended. The acetoxy cure also makes it less suitable for porous or alkaline substrates, and it cannot be painted over.
What are the curing properties and available colours?
A skin forms in approx. 15 minutes and the sealant cures through at 2 mm per 24 hours; it can be applied between +5 °C and +40 °C. Because silicones need atmospheric moisture to cure, use in fully enclosed spaces is not recommended. Standard colours are black, white, grey, anthracite, transparent, transparent grey and RAL 9001, with other colours on request.
