Manufactured in our own production facility in the Netherlands, this sanitary silicone sealant is available under your own private label. As the manufacturer of this MEKO-free sanitary silicone sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for an MEKO-free sanitary silicone sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this MEKO-free sanitary silicone sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What makes Meko Free Sanitary 400 Silicon sealant different from other sanitary silicones?
Meko Free Sanitary 400 Silicon sealant is a low-emission, neutral-curing, alkoxy-based MEKO-free sanitary silicone sealant. It is acid-free, low in odour, mould-resistant, colourfast and resistant to UV and water. Thanks to its neutral cure it suits many common building substrates, often without primer.
Which standards and test values apply to Meko Free Sanitary 400?
It offers high movement capability according to ISO 11600-F&G 25LM, with a maximum deformation of approximately 25% and an elastic recovery of more than 85% (ISO 7389). The slump resistance is 0 mm (ISO 7390), volume loss is below 5% (ISO 10563) and Shore A hardness is 20 (ISO 868). It has a temperature resistance of -40 °C to 150 °C.
Which applications and colours are available?
It is suitable for all types of joints in high-humidity (sanitary) rooms, kitchens and swimming pools, as well as sandwich panels, frames, cold stores and polycarbonate patio covers. Standard colours are black, anthracite RAL 7016, Manhattan grey, light grey, sanitary grey, transparent, transparent grey, white and off-white, RAL 9001 and Buxy, with other colours on request. With natural stone and other critical substrates, a compatibility test should always be carried out first.
