How does private label work for a universal acrylic sealant?
As the manufacturer of this universal acrylic sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a universal acrylic sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this universal acrylic sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What is Acrylic Universal sealant used for?
Acrylic Universal sealant is a plasto-elastic, one-component, water-based universal acrylic sealant for sealing joints and filling cracks indoors. Typical applications include joints, corners and seams in walls, ceilings, window sills, masonry and panel work, on the most common building materials. It adheres to virtually all substrates, although adhesion is weaker on smooth, closed surfaces and it is not suitable for bituminous or tar-containing substrates.
Is Acrylic Universal sealant free of solvents and isocyanates?
Yes. It is based on an acrylic dispersion and is free of solvents, isocyanates and silicones, which also keeps odour to a minimum. It cures by evaporation of water, forming a skin in approximately 20 minutes at 23 °C and 50% RH and curing to 6.5 mm after 7 days. Uncured residues can simply be removed with water.
Which colours are available, and can the sealant be painted?
Acrylic Universal sealant is available as standard in white, black and grey, with other colours on request. It can be painted over with all common paint systems once the surface layer is sufficiently dry; painting too early can lead to crazing, cracking or delayed drying. Because of the wide variety of paint systems, we recommend a test beforehand.
