As the manufacturer of this fire-resistant acrylic sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a fire-resistant acrylic sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this fire-resistant acrylic sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What fire resistance does FR100 Fire Resistant Acrylic Sealant achieve?
Depending on joint dimensions and the tested construction, FR100 Fire Resistant Acrylic Sealant can achieve a fire resistance of up to 240 minutes. Tested according to EN 1366-4 and classified to EN 13501-2, a 10 mm wide by 5 mm deep joint reaches E 240 EI 240, a 40 mm by 5 mm joint E 240 EI 180, and a 40 mm by 10 mm joint E 240 EI 60. The stated fire resistance only applies when the sealant is used with the tested joint dimensions, substrates and system build-up.
Can this fire-resistant acrylic sealant be used outdoors or in moving joints?
This fire-resistant acrylic sealant is for interior use only and is not intended for permanent exposure to water or very humid conditions. It remains permanently flexible within a movement capability of ±12.5%, making it suitable for joints with limited movement. It may shrink slightly while drying, so the applied sealant should be protected from water, frost and strong temperature fluctuations during drying.
What are typical applications, and what is FR100 free of?
Typical uses include low-movement joints in prefabricated panels, partition walls and window frames, seals around expanding elements such as metal, pipes, cables and ducts, and repairing cracks in concrete and plaster layers. The water-based formula is halogen-, asbestos- and solvent-free and virtually odourless. It can be combined with our Fire Foam B1 and painted over with most water-based and solvent-based paint systems.
