For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What is the drive-away time of PU 80 Industrial Vehicle Adhesive?
PU 80 Industrial Vehicle Adhesive has a drive-away time of 30 minutes, which applies only under the conditions of the associated FMVSS 212 test report. It can be applied at product and substrate temperatures from -5 °C to +40 °C, and the glass should be placed within the open time of 10 to 15 minutes. Through-cure is about 3 mm per 24 hours at 23 °C and 50% RH.
Why does PU 80 have high-modulus properties?
Thanks to its high modulus, the bonded glass contributes to the body structure, helping to maintain torsional stiffness and improve NVH performance (noise, vibration and harshness). This polyurethane industrial vehicle adhesive reaches a tensile strength of at least 9 N/mm² and elongation at break of at least 350%. For vehicles with driver and passenger airbags, it meets the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and associated durability requirements.
Are there any limitations to consider with PU 80?
PU 80 Industrial Vehicle Adhesive does not cure in the presence of silicones and is not suitable as a sealant for parts that are permanently under water. It does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE or bituminous substrates. With a volume resistivity of 1 × 10¹⁰ Ω·cm it is low-conductive, making it suitable for selected glazing with antennas and helping to limit galvanic corrosion on aluminium bodies.
