Once sufficiently cured, it provides good resistance to moisture and UV exposure, making it suitable for a wide range of professional building and construction applications.

Manufactured in our own production facility in the Netherlands, this paintable exterior acrylic sealant is available under your own private label. Its no-crack formulation helps minimise cracking and crazing in the paint layer and allows the sealant to be overpainted with most common paint systems.

How does private label work for an exterior acrylic sealant?

As the manufacturer of this exterior acrylic sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for an exterior acrylic sealant in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this exterior acrylic sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

Can Acrylic Exterior sealant be used outdoors?

Yes. This exterior acrylic sealant is suitable for joints both indoors and outdoors and, once sufficiently dry, is resistant to moisture and UV radiation. It is rain-resistant as soon as a skin has formed, which takes approximately 20 minutes at 23 °C and 50% RH. It is not suitable for joints under continuous water load; for those we recommend an MS-polymer or silicone sealant.

Which joints is Acrylic Exterior sealant typically used for?

Typical applications are joints between metal and timber frames, between walls and stairs, and between concrete and ceiling elements. It adheres to virtually all substrates and is non-corrosive, although adhesion is weaker on smooth, closed surfaces. It cures by evaporation, so deep or wide joints, high humidity and low temperatures can extend the curing time, while porous substrates such as plaster, concrete, gypsum and wood speed up drying.

Can Acrylic Exterior sealant be painted over?

Yes, it is designed as a no-crack system that can be painted over with all common paint systems. Make sure the surface layer is sufficiently dry and that the paint suits the sealant, as painting too early can cause crazing, cracking or delayed drying. If there is any doubt about adhesion or compatibility, we recommend a test beforehand.
