How does private label work for a structure acrylic sealant?
As the manufacturer of this structure acrylic sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a structure acrylic sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this structure acrylic sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.
Looking for a lower MOQ? Contact our sales team to discuss the options. We are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
How does Acrylic Structure sealant differ from a smooth acrylic sealant?
Acrylic Structure sealant leaves a textured finish, so filled joints and cracks blend in with structured surfaces rather than standing out as a smooth bead. It is a plasto-elastic, one-component, water-based structure acrylic sealant for sealing joints and filling cracks both indoors and outdoors. It is low in odour and free of solvents, isocyanates and silicones.
Where can Acrylic Structure sealant be used, and what are its limitations?
It is suitable for joints, corners and seams in walls, ceilings, window sills and masonry, for filling cracks and finishing panel work, and for connection joints on the most common building materials. It is not suitable for permanent water load, where we advise a silicone or MS-polymer sealant, and it should not be used on bituminous or tar-containing substrates or applied to wet surfaces. Adhesion is also weaker on smooth, closed substrates.
What are the key technical values of Acrylic Structure sealant?
The sealant is based on an acrylic dispersion with a density of 1.66 g/ml, a Shore A hardness of 68, a tensile strength of 1 MPa and an elongation at break of 350%. It can be applied between +5 °C and +40 °C and, once cured, has a temperature resistance of -20 °C to +80 °C. It is paintable with most paint systems, although we recommend a test beforehand because paint systems vary widely.
