How does private label work for an alkoxy sanitary silicone sealant?

As the manufacturer of this alkoxy sanitary silicone sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for an alkoxy sanitary silicone sealant in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this alkoxy sanitary silicone sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What are the advantages of a neutral-curing alkoxy silicone such as Alkoxy Sanitary 300?

Alkoxy Sanitary 300 is a one-component, neutral-curing alkoxy sanitary silicone sealant that is virtually odourless, acid-free and MEKO-free. Unlike acetoxy silicones, it is non-corrosive to many metals, which makes it suitable for substrates where a neutral-curing system is preferred. It is mould-resistant, chemical-resistant, colourfast and has good UV and weather resistance.

Which applications is Alkoxy Sanitary 300 suitable for?

It is used for sealing seams, joints and gaps in bathrooms, kitchens, toilets and showers, and also in cars, boats and caravans. It offers excellent (sea)water resistance and, once cured, withstands temperatures from -50 °C to +180 °C. A skin forms in approx. 20 minutes, with a cure depth of 2.5 mm after 24 hours and 7 mm after 7 days.

Are there substrates or situations where Alkoxy Sanitary 300 needs extra care?

It is suitable for natural stone, but not for every type, as it can cause edge-zone contamination. It may cause discolouration on bitumen, EPDM, neoprene, natural rubber or plasticiser-containing materials, and it does not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE. Some plastics or porous substrates may require a primer, the sealant cannot be painted over, and we always recommend a compatibility test when in doubt.
