How does private label work for an MS-polymer allround sealant?
As the manufacturer of this MS-polymer allround sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for an MS-polymer allround sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this MS-polymer allround sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

Which substrates does MS-25 Allround Sealer adhere to?
MS-25 Allround Sealer is an MS-polymer allround sealant that adheres to virtually any substrate, including metals (lead, copper and zinc), wood, EPDM, mirrors, stone, polystyrene, plastics, concrete and natural stone. It is used for sealing all types of joints along frames, plasterwork, glazing, facades and floors. It does not adhere well to PE, PP or bituminous substrates.
Is MS-25 suitable for wet or chemical environments?
Yes, MS-25 is suitable for sealing in chemical environments and wet rooms. It is resistant to water, sea water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, diluted organic acids and alkalis, and is mould- and bacteria-resistant. It is not suitable for temperatures above 90 °C; its temperature resistance is -40 °C to +90 °C.
Can MS-25 Allround Sealer be painted, and does it need a primer?
It can be painted with the most common water-based paint systems, although drying delays can occur, so a compatibility test is recommended; for the best result, paint the sealant within a few days of application. Non-porous substrates can be degreased beforehand, and porous substrates can be pre-treated with our Primer Z-05. The sealant is free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones.
