How does private label work for an artificial grass adhesive?

As the manufacturer of this artificial grass adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for an artificial grass adhesive in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this artificial grass adhesive in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

How long is the working time of MS-40 Artificial Grass Adhesive?

Because of skin formation, the artificial grass should be placed in the adhesive within 12 minutes at most, after which it can still be corrected for about 3 to 5 minutes. MS-40 Artificial Grass Adhesive can be applied with a caulking gun or, from buckets, with a 9 mm notched trowel, either onto the substrate or onto seaming tape. The adhesive reaches its final strength within 48 hours and can then be loaded.

Which substrates is this artificial grass adhesive suitable for?

This artificial grass adhesive bonds artificial grass tracks and seams to PVC, polyester, steel, stone, concrete, plastic and wood. It can also be applied to damp substrates. It does not adhere well to PE, PP or bituminous substrates.

What chemistry is MS-40 based on, and what affects curing?

MS-40 is a one-component, solvent-free, neutral and virtually odourless MS-polymer adhesive that remains permanently elastic for durable artificial grass bonds. It cures under the influence of atmospheric moisture; lightly moistening the adhesive can speed up curing, while thicker adhesive layers can slow it down. Standard colours are black and green, with other colours on request.
