For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. How should MS-30 Construct Sealant be applied when used as an adhesive?
Apply MS-30 Construct Sealant to one side only, preferably in vertical beads spaced 10 to 20 cm apart. Dabs of adhesive are not recommended, as they can slow down curing. If necessary, fix the materials with tape during curing and support the bonded parts for at least 24 hours after application.
What strength and curing values does this MS-polymer construction adhesive and sealant offer?
This MS-polymer construction adhesive and sealant has a tensile strength at break of 2.25 MPa, an elongation at break of 300% and a Shore A hardness of 60. A skin forms in 10 minutes at 20 °C and 50% RH, curing to 2 mm after 24 hours and 5.5 mm after 7 days. It remains permanently elastic and absorbs acoustic vibrations well.
Which substrates and colours are available for MS-30?
MS-30 bonds and seals metals (lead, copper and zinc), wood, EPDM, mirrors, stone, polystyrene, plastics and concrete, but does not adhere well to PE, PP or bituminous substrates. It resists water, sea water, oils, greases, diluted organic acids and alkalis. Standard colours are black, white, RAL 9001, beige, brown, grey and transparent, with other colours on request.
