How does private label work for a high tack MS-polymer adhesive?

As the manufacturer of this high tack MS-polymer adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for a high tack MS-polymer adhesive in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this high tack MS-polymer adhesive in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What does the high initial tack of MS-70 High Tack mean in practice?

MS-70 High Tack has an initial tack of 300 kg/m², so materials hold in place as soon as they are pressed on and temporary support is usually unnecessary. With heavy materials, high-stress applications or critical substrates, temporary support may still be needed. Apply it with the V-nozzle in vertical, ventilating beads 10 to 20 cm apart and press the materials firmly, leaving a gap of at least 2 to 3 mm.

Does MS-70 High Tack need a primer?

This high tack MS-polymer adhesive bonds excellently without primer to most substrates, even slightly damp ones. Porous substrates can be pre-treated with a suitable primer if necessary, and we always recommend an adhesion and compatibility test beforehand. It is neutral curing and virtually odourless.

Which materials can MS-70 High Tack bond?

MS-70 High Tack is designed for stone, concrete, glass, mirrors, plaster, PU, PVC, hard plastics, enamel, ceramics, metals such as copper, lead, zinc, tin, aluminium and stainless steel, HPL panels and paint systems. It does not bond well to PE, PP or bituminous substrates and is not suitable for temperatures above 90 °C. Once cured it can be overpainted with most water-based and 2K paint systems.
