High Temperature Packing Sealer HT300 from your private label producer
Our HT300 High Temperature Gasket Sealant is a high-performance, acetoxy-curing silicone sealant developed for creating durable, elastic gaskets between components exposed to elevated temperatures. It cures through exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a permanently elastic and temperature-resistant seal.
Manufactured in our own production facility in the Netherlands, HT300 is available under your own private label. The high-temperature silicone sealant provides good resistance to mineral oils, diluted acids, UV exposure and weathering, making it suitable for a wide range of automotive, mechanical and industrial sealing applications.
- Temperature resistant up to +300°C
- Ideal for forming elastic gaskets and seals
- Permanently elastic after curing
- Good adhesion to common metal substrates
- Good resistance to mineral oils and diluted acids
- UV and weather resistant
- Suitable for automotive, mechanical and industrial applications

How does private label work for a high-temperature gasket sealant?
As the manufacturer of this high-temperature gasket sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a high-temperature gasket sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this high-temperature gasket sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.
Looking for a lower MOQ? Contact our sales team to discuss the options. We are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
What is HT300 High Temperature Packing Sealer used for?
HT300 High Temperature Packing Sealer is an acetoxy-based silicone for creating temperature-resistant, permanently elastic gaskets between two parts. Typical applications include metal-to-metal joints, heating components, engine parts, pumps, drains and thermostats. The product is applied evenly to one of the parts, after which the components are assembled.
What temperatures and media can this high-temperature gasket sealant withstand?
Once cured, this high-temperature gasket sealant is temperature-resistant from -50 °C to +300 °C and resists mineral oil, diluted acids, UV radiation and weathering. Resistance to water and various chemicals depends on the application. It is not suitable for direct flame contact unless technically confirmed, and should not be used as a structural gasket under permanent high pressure without testing beforehand.
How does it differ from HT300 High Temperature Silicon?
Both products are acetoxy-curing silicones with a cured temperature resistance of -50 °C to +300 °C, a Shore A hardness of 24 and an elongation at break of 350%. The Packing Sealer is aimed at forming gaskets between components, with a skin formation time of approx. 20 minutes, while HT300 High Temperature Silicon is intended for sealing heat-exposed joints and seams, with a skin time of approx. 15 minutes. Both cure at 2 mm per 24 hours and are less suited to porous, alkaline or corrosion-sensitive substrates.
