As the manufacturer of this neutral sanitary silicone, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

We supply this neutral sanitary silicone in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

Neutral Sanitary Silicon 220 is an oxime-based neutral sanitary silicone with excellent mould-resistant properties, and it is colourfast and UV resistant. That makes it well suited to connection joints in bathrooms, swimming pools, saunas and other humid areas. It is acid-free and low in odour.
Where else can Neutral Sanitary Silicon 220 be used?
Besides sanitary areas with high humidity, it is suitable for sandwich panels, window frames, cold stores, kitchens, swimming pools, polycarbonate patio covers and porous or non-porous substrates where mould is present. It does not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE and is not paintable. Suitability for natural stone depends on the stone type, as it can cause edge-zone staining, so always test on an inconspicuous spot first.
What are the key performance figures of Neutral Sanitary Silicon 220?
It offers high movement capability to ISO 11600-F&G 25LM, 400% elongation at break, elastic recovery above 85% (ISO 7389) and a Shore A hardness of 15. It forms a skin in about 20 minutes at 23 °C and cures 2 mm in 24 hours. The cured sealant is temperature resistant from -40 °C to 150 °C.
