As the manufacturer of this neutral oxime silicone sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

Neutral Oxime Silicone 200 offers high movement capability to ISO 11600-F&G 25LM and complies with SNJF Façade & Vitrage. This low-modulus neutral oxime silicone sealant has an elastic recovery of more than 85% (ISO 7389), volume loss below 5% (ISO 10563) and 0 mm slump (ISO 7390).
Which substrates is Neutral Oxime Silicone 200 suitable for?
It seals joints in cars, boats and caravans, expansion joints between porous and non-porous substrates, concrete, masonry and brick, lacquered, anodised and painted aluminium, PVC, glass, ceramics and most plastics, often without primer. It is non-corrosive and low in odour. It is not suitable for all types of natural stone, may cause discolouration on bitumen, EPDM, neoprene, natural rubber or plasticised materials, and is not paintable.
What colours and temperature range are available for Neutral Oxime Silicone 200?
The standard range includes black, anthracite RAL 7016, Manhattan grey, light grey, sanitary grey, transparent, transparent grey, white and off-white, RAL 9001 and Buxy, with other colours on request. The cured sealant is temperature resistant from -40 °C to 150 °C and can be applied between 5 °C and 40 °C. As it releases oxime compounds and needs atmospheric moisture to cure, it should be used in a well-ventilated area and not in fully enclosed spaces.
