How does private label work for an MS-polymer spray sealant?

As the manufacturer of this MS-polymer spray sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for an MS-polymer spray sealant in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this MS-polymer spray sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

How is MS-20 Spray Sealant applied?

Thanks to its low viscosity, MS-20 Spray Sealant can be sprayed at low pressure using an air-pressure gun and then finished with a brush and a smoothing agent. This MS-polymer spray sealant adheres without primer to most non-porous substrates, which should be thoroughly degreased first. Joints wider than 5 mm should first be filled with our Elastic Gunfoam.

Which EN 15651 classifications does MS-20 Spray Sealant have?

MS-20 Spray Sealant is classified as EN 15651-1: F-EXT-INT-CC 25HM, EN 15651-4: PW-EXT-INT-CC 25HM and EN 15651-3: XS3. This covers facade elements and pedestrian walkway joints for both interior and exterior use, as well as sanitary joints. It is free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones, and is shrink- and bubble-free.

What applications does MS-20 cover beyond joint sealing?

Besides sealing joints around windows, doors and frames, MS-20 can be used as a sprayable coating in the automotive and transport sector, for example to protect original structures. In the prefab sector it serves as a surface adhesive, for instance for bonding brick slips. It remains permanently elastic and absorbs acoustic vibrations well.
