How does private label work for a high-strength MS-polymer adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this high-strength MS-polymer adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a high-strength MS-polymer adhesive in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this high-strength MS-polymer adhesive in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.
Looking for a lower MOQ? Contact our sales team to discuss the options. We are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
What kind of applications is MS-80 Strongbond suited to?
MS-80 Strongbond is a very strong yet flexible high-strength MS-polymer adhesive for demanding assembly and construction work in sectors such as automotive, industry and offshore. It bonds all metals, wood, EPDM, glass, mirrors, polystyrene, plastics, concrete and natural stone. It is not suitable for PE, PP or bituminous substrates.
What strength and elasticity does MS-80 Strongbond offer?
MS-80 Strongbond has a tensile strength of 2 to 2.5 MPa, 300% elongation at break and a Shore A hardness of 50, with an initial tack of 300 kg/m². It remains durably elastic, absorbs acoustic vibrations and offers high mechanical resistance. Temperature resistance is -40 °C to +90 °C.
How should MS-80 Strongbond be applied, and how fast does it cure?
Apply it to one side in vertical beads 10 to 20 cm apart, avoiding dabs, which can slow curing, and support the bonded materials for at least 24 hours. It forms a skin in about 15 minutes at 20 °C and 50% RH and cures 2 mm in 24 hours and 5 mm in seven days. Our Z-05 primer can be used to improve adhesion on specific or porous substrates.
