How does private label work for an MS-polymer adhesive and sealant?
As the manufacturer of this MS-polymer adhesive and sealant, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for an MS-polymer adhesive and sealant in cartridges and sausages?
We supply this MS-polymer adhesive and sealant in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.
Looking for a lower MOQ? Contact our sales team to discuss the options. We are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
Which European standards does MS-60 Superior meet?
MS-60 Superior is classified to EN 15651-1 F-EXT-INT-CC 25HM for façade joints, EN 15651-4 PW-EXT-INT-CC 25HM for pedestrian walkways and EN 15651-3 XS3 for sanitary joints. This means a single MS-polymer adhesive and sealant covers façade, floor and sanitary applications, both indoors and outdoors.
Can MS-60 Superior be painted, and is it safe on natural stone?
Yes, MS-60 Superior can be overpainted with most water-based and 2K paint systems, although we always recommend a compatibility test given the wide variety of paints and lacquers. It causes no edge-zone staining on marble and natural stone, and it is resistant to mould and bacteria. It is also free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones.
Which substrates does MS-60 Superior bond, and how should it be applied?
This MS-polymer adhesive and sealant bonds metals, wood, EPDM, lead, zinc, copper, mirrors, polystyrene, plastics, concrete, stone and natural stone, but not PE, PP or bituminous substrates. Apply it to one side in vertical beads 10 to 20 cm apart rather than in dabs, which can slow curing, and support the materials for 24 hours. Our Z-05 primer can be used where improved adhesion is needed.
