How does private label work for an MS-polymer windshield adhesive?

As the manufacturer of this MS-polymer windshield adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the cartridge or sausage, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

What is the MOQ for an MS-polymer windshield adhesive in cartridges and sausages?

We supply this MS-polymer windshield adhesive in private label in both cartridges and foil sausages. For cartridges with screen printing – the most professional and most popular option – the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,248 pieces; labelled cartridges are also possible thanks to our own labelling machines. Foil sausages are available in private label from 660 pieces, with your product name printed on the packaging.

What applications is MS-72 Windshield Adhesive intended for?

MS-72 Windshield Adhesive is designed for fast bonding of all types of car windscreens and other vehicle glazing, as well as roof panels and sunroofs. It is also used for bonding and sealing in vehicle bodywork, train and aircraft construction, and for connection joints in roofing and window construction.

How much working time does MS-72 Windshield Adhesive allow?

The adhesive forms a skin in about 20 minutes at 20 °C and 50% RH, and the glass should be positioned and pressed firmly within 15 minutes of application. Its initial tack of 300 kg/m² helps hold the glass in place, and through-cure is 2 mm in 24 hours. If required, curing can be accelerated by controlled heating up to a maximum of 70 °C.

Why choose an MS-polymer windshield adhesive instead of a polyurethane?

This MS-polymer windshield adhesive combines properties of polyurethanes, silicones and acrylics while avoiding their weaker points, and it is free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones. It has low electrical conductivity, very good UV, weather and chemical resistance, and cures evenly without shrinkage or bubbles. Depending on the substrate and pre-treatment, it can be used without primer in many applications.
